Rianu is the Sicilian name of the wild herb, Oregano.
The wild oregano grows only in the mountains between the rocks.
The harvest is very difficult and the production is very limited.
Our wild oregano is harvested in the mountains of our farm, a few kilometers from Palermo.
Its aroma and flavour is unique, and makes each dish a memorable experience.
