Fresh traditional panettone
INGREDIENTS:
Wheat flour type "0", candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidifier: citric acid), sultanas, butter (milk), sugar, egg yolk fresh, yeast natural (wheat flour), milk, emulsifier: E471 (mono and diglycerides of vegetable fatty acids), glucose syrup, flavorings, cocoa butter, salt.

Produced in an artisan laboratory where gluten, eggs, soy, sesame, dried fruit, nuts and milk are used.
