Our handmade and fresh pistachio panettone basso. This delicious panettone is filled with pistachio cream and covered with whole sicilian pistachio. Come out from the bakery on 28th November.

Fresh pistachio panettone
INGREDIENTS:
PANETTONE: Wheat flour type "0", butter (milk), sugar, egg yolk fresh, natural yeast (wheat flour), milk, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: E420 (sorbitol), honey, salt, flavors
FILLING: sugar, emulsifier: E471 (mono and diglycerides of vegetable fatty acids), glucose syrup, flavorings, cocoa butter, salt, pistachio nutella cream, white chocolate.
COVER: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk, whey, emulsifier: E322 (soy lecithin), pistachio grain.

Produced in an artisan laboratory where gluten, eggs, soy, sesame, dried fruit, nuts and milk are used.
