Made in a small farm in an old quarry tuff coverted in a garden.
It is a eew’s cheese, spun paste. After 15-20 days
drying is placed in vats and covered with PDO Marsala wine for further 4/6 days. The taste is aromatic, pleasant and inviting, rich in fruity notes.
Great strewn with sulla honey.
