The “late winter mandarin” is only produced in Ciaculli, a small area of Palermo.
It’s called “late winter” because it matures in March. This mandarin is very small and juicy, and has a thin, fragrant peel full of essential oils.
Those who love Sicily or want to discover it, will find it in the scents and colours of this marmalade.
